I have used the shop for years. This week they went above and beyond to help me get new rims for my tires which were well needed. Chris helped me get everything set up on the phone and I was able to drop my car off that night. I explained that I had to take my elderly dad to a doctors appointment the next afternoon, and Chris said he would get my car going first thing in the morning. True to his word, I had a call by 9:30 in the morning that all the work I requested had been done and I could pick up my car at any time. This is my go to spot, where I know I’ll always get what I need and have a friendly visit at the same time.

I had a wonderful experience at Town Fair Tire in Enfield. Dave was the employee helping me and he was extremely nice and extremely helpful. He talked me through my options, helped me decide what was best for my budget and what tires would be good for all seasons. I would recommend 100%! Thank you Dave!

They did a great job fixing a valve stem leak and aligning the front end. Dave was very outgoing and personable. He went above and beyond to stay late and make sure I was satisfied with everything.

I had a great experience here. Dave was extremely helpful in letting me know what my problem could be and what worst case scenario could be. Made me aware of the prices I could be paying before doing any work. Came back a few hours later and it was only an eight dollar fix and they did at least 50 dollars worth of work. Definitely recommend anyone to stop here for any problems they have.

Dave was extremely kind and helpful. I have tire protection thru Mazda and Dave went the extra mile and spoke with the claims department and processed the claim for me. This type of customer service is not found very often and I am very grateful for his impeccable service. I highly recommend this location and when you make an appointment ask for Dave! You will not be disappointed!

Came in on their last hour and Andrew and David were able to get me squared away in less than an hour from the time I came in! I am super grateful and thankful for all of their help especially since it was so urgent. Will definitely be coming back for service!

Dave, the customer service rep that assisted me was amazing!! I called at 5:30pm and asked them if they would look at my almost flat tire and they took me in knowing I wouldn't get there until 5:45pm when they closed at 6!
With my 17yr old needing the car at 9pm, was very grateful they helped me

Andrew was incredibly nice and helpful. My dad’s car’s tire lights came on, and Andrew immediately checked them and let me know it’s safe to drive. He could have invented reasons to charge me lots of money for a new tires, but instead he came up with a plan to keep us safe and only spend when needed. Great attitude and much appreciated! Would recommend!
