The Permabilt shop that was built on my property is well built and very spacious. It took a while to get the construction going after submitting the building permits, but they did a great job. The plot was smaller than the building and the supervisor for the construction did some re-grading and moving some dirt and gravel around to fix the issue. (he was very resourceful and made sure he could fix what needed to be fixed through the whole process without any stress on me) Upon completion, the supervisor also found some issues with the siding and window and (without my even knowing the problems) fixed the issue and it came out perfectly. The customer service people (construction and other "office" managers) checked in often and were super easy to work with while completing the project. Overall, the building is super strong, looks nice and every Permabilt employee in every step of the process was professional and helpful in completing this project.

Got a 24x36 garage with second story. Thurston county permitting took 6-12 months, but the rest was easy. Permabuilt helped navigate some annoying permit situations with the county and previous land owner. Building quality was excellent as far as I can see.
