I have had the opportunity to work with Carol Kreshpan at the Torrco Design Center Showroom in Danbury for two major bathroom remodels. I went into the showroom completely overwhelmed and had no idea what I wanted and what I needed. Carol walked me through the entire design process and gave me excellent recommendations as well as advice. We explored all the faucets in the showroom and went to online catalogs to make sure I was selecting the perfect fixtures for my project. She also helped me select vanities and toilets and was conscious of my budget throughout the selection process. There are definitely things I would have overlooked or not even considered if I didn't have her guidance.
Even after I had purchased, Carol was always very responsive answering my questions over both email and phone.
My bathrooms turned out beautiful and I couldn't have done it without Carol and Torrco.

We had to complete a fast master bath remodel due to a leak, and Alex at Torrco was recommended by another industry person. I had no time to do any research and had no one helping with design. She was great- knowledgable and immediately helped create a look we loved. Conscious of budget and delivery dates. All purchases were delivered direct. Highly recommend!

Top shelf! I needed an obscure 70 yo grill bracket for a radiator. I was able to wmail pics, and Mike at the counter went beyond to try and help. He was actually able to discern the part manufacturer, but it was something they are not able to get. But the customer interaction was
5 star, from the receptionist who answered my call, to the counter sales. Highly recommend.

Our master bath renovation was overwhelming for me, but thanks to Sonia I have maintained my sanity. She is extremely knowledgeable of the products and gave me insightful design recommendations to help ease the decision process. She has amazing follow up skills and availability, and continues to go the extra mile with me as my project nears it's end. I highly recommend Torrco Danbury for their products, and Sonia for the excellent customer service. She is a gem!

Thanks to the folks at Torrco in Danbury, I now have a stunning new master bathroom! I worked with Janet throughout my project, she is truly wonderful. She spent so much time with me reviewing options and creating the design for my bathroom, and kept me updated about when my items were delivered throughout the process. When there was a manufacturing delay on a key item for the project, she informed me immediately and worked with me to quickly find a solution so as to not delay the project. I would certainly work with these folks again and recommend the team here for your bathroom remodel needs

We are currently undertaking a long awaited kitchen make over. Torrco Design Center was recommended to us when we were shopping for our new sink and faucet. We worked with Alex Radachowsky. After explaining what we were looking for, she helped us pick out a beautiful Julien Prochef sink and the perfect Moen faucet. Now that they are finally installed, we could not be happier. The advice we received from Alex was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. The price we were quoted was several hundred dollars less than another showroom we visited. Working with Torrco has been the easiest part of our project!
