Excellent selection, service & support!
We worked with Sarah T. who was extremely helpful, patient, kind, knowledgeable, and effective at helping us create a concept to bring our master bath. Torrco has the highest quality and largest selection of bath design choices we found around. Sarah was extremely prompt getting back to us when we had questions, informing us of arrival dates of back ordered items (a very minimal amount of items took a couple weeks to get in) and made sure we had everything we needed as quickly as possible. I highly recommend if you are looking for high quality fixtures, design expertise, and highly informed staff you give them a call!

My wife and I have an architect-designed house that we imported from Denmark in 1991, and when it came time to replace some of the Swedish plumbing fixtures with German-made Duravit products, we found that Torrco is the only plumbing supplier in New England that can specify, order and support Duravit products with a level of customer support that's outstanding. In our most recent renovation we again used Duravit products exclusively, and at every step of the way, Dan Carpenter in the East Windsor Torrco was patient, competent and highly effective in delivering the products we needed and the after-purchase support we required. If you're interested in purchasing high-end, European plumbing components please resist the impulse to look for the lowest price on the web and go directly to Dan at Torrco: you won't be disappointed in the results or for that matter in the prices. He will work with you (and your plumbing contractor) to assure success in your projects.

The associates at Torrco in East Windsor are awesome. Laura was great at helping me get the items I needed my bathroom remodel. Whether it was using actual samples in the showroom or pictures in a book or online I was able to get exactly what I wanted. Laura and Sarah (who also helped out) were easy to talk to about the whole process. I would definitely recommend them

Dan C. Was incredibly helpful and responsive to our requests. This was our first major remodel so we were a bit overwhelmed with how much we had to pick out. But Dan helped show us things that met our budget and aesthetic, and was quick to update things as we refined our choices later in the project. I cannot recommend Laura Davis and Torrco enough! From the first day that I walked into the showroom, Laura put my mind at ease for a project that to me seemed overwhelming. Delay after delay happened on my end, but she was extremely patient with me and never made me feel pressured that I had to purchase anything until I was ready and set up with my contractors. Her knowledge and expertise proved to be invaluable and I cannot thank Laura enough for all her help!
