This sale is not bad , but parking and unloading of your animals can take a long time. I've seen some cruel things there by the loading and unloading staff. There burgers and fries are hard to beat.

Bought 4 cows from this auction, perfectly fine when we brought them home and one already sick the other two coughing. week later 1 died, few days later the other die. I would suggest anyone to go buy cows somewhere else, or you will have a dead cow on your hands. people have said this auction is known for giving cows something to have them hyped up during auction. FYI.

Owner is very passionate about his work. Always a good experience at the Toppenish Livestock. I used to come here with my grandma when I was young and now my husband and I buy/sell our cattle here. We enjoy coming to TLC and highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy/sell their cattle.

Overall this is a pretty good auction, the owner is a good man, the Auctioneers are really good, and the people in the office and cafe are great, but there are a couple things they need to work on.......first of all, the young girls that help in the back with the animals dress more like they should be at a strip club working on a pole.....very inappropriate for working with livestock and extremely tacky.....no class at all and for some reason it is allowed. And second, the people that handle the animals are often too rough, especially with the babies. I cannot imagine that most people who raise their stock want their babies thrown into the arena or smacked around and it happens all the time here. I have been to many other auctions and the babies are handled with care as it should be.....whether I am selling or buying, I would not not want them handled so rough. Many other people see it here too, we have talked, I encourage them to write too, hopefully they will. Anyway, I can say something till I'm blue in the face, I'm sure they won't change or even care at this point.....pretty sad.

First off I would like to say that the workers do an amazing job with the animals. These young kids not only deal with uncooperative animals but also with rude buyers. I have seen buyers angry/yelling at the young girls because they believe that they can skip ahead of others just because they feel entitled.
Lastly, the young girls that work there are beasts 😎 They get their hands dirty right along side the boys. Yes, they wear shorts but have you seen the temperature lately? It’s hot. At the end of the day, they aren’t disrespectful or being inappropriate with any of the sellers or buyers. If anyone has an issue with those teens wearing shorts then that shows how insecure they are about their own body.

Today..5/13/23..I went to pick up my check this morning and have not been treated as rudly in a long time by the office lady who wanted to ignore me and be extremely short with me for no reason at all..I hope this isn't a model of how this company does business..thar was extremely unprofessional

Convenient location, fun atmosphere and helpful staff. Gotta watch the quality on some of the animals though. Food in the Cafe is excellent.
