It's hard to find a very skilled, attentive, punctual, reasonably priced contractor these days. Ivan is all of those and then some! His attention to detail is 'bar none'! The color match to our existing upper cabinets was perfect and he uses the best quality materials. I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks Ivan.

I had inquired with Ivan to do an alteration to the layout of our kitchenette. I wanted the the refrigerator to swap places with kitchen drawers and countertop. He had to cut into granite counter top and remove backsplash. The countertops cuts and shifting of the drawers look seamless. He also checked with us on whether we wanted cuts for access to the outlet where the refrigerator used to me, a detail I didn’t consider. Though that added more time to his work, he kept his very fair, flat rate. He cleaned up everything once his work was completed and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking professional looking cabinetry or wood work.

Ivan is a great handyman. He is 100 percent professional and competent at what he does. He is on time and his work is exceptional. I have been looking for someone as good as he is for a very long time. I am so thankful that I found someone that I can trust to be fair and do a great job. Ivan installed the lower cabinets for our bar. He was able to schedule us in just a few days and showed up exactly when he said he would. Ivan was prompt, courteous, detail oriented, and very reasonably priced. Most of all he did a great job.
On the way out, he noticed that our front door was catching, so he fixed it just because it bothered him that someone did a substandard job installing it. I will hire Ivan to install the upper cabinets once the countertops are finished.

Ivan installed and leveled my new and existing cabinets in preparation for new counters. Very knowledgeable. He did a great job! He even cut holes for my dishwasher's electrical and plumbing lines as they were originally being pinched!
