6 months here as a tollgate estates resident and I’m very pleased. Orginally from the big city and tollgates has been a very pleasant transition into a more quieter, family oriented neighborhood. The property manager, Stacey, is actually one of the best landlord/ property managers I have ever dealt with. She’s always available when you need her, great listener, always very attentive, very down to earth and always a pleasure when I speak with her. Along with tollgates great handy man, Phil, who was an amazing help for my move in , and whenever I had any trouble, even if I caused it on my own, ahaha ! Definitely 5 stars , on their hospitality and efforts made through out the neighborhood!

I can’t express enough enthusiasm about moving to Toll Gate Estates Groton. The location is perfect, an incredibly safe and quiet neighborhood. The layout is modern and with ample living space and additional storage. The staff responsiveness exceeded my expectations always going above and beyond to make my experience ever so delightful. My Property Manager, Stacy Durr, is exceptionally remarkable. She is an outstanding communicator and very professional. Mrs. Durr captivated me with her attentive cordiality, making me feel comfortable especially going through this stressful process. Her genuine dedication to my satisfaction was evident and very accommodating, providing honest advice on the property made me feel like I was already at home.

Recently moved into our townhouse and we absolutely love it! Stacy is super nice and very communicative. We’ve probably asked her a thousand questions and she answers them all immediately, she even left us a little welcome basket on move in day. It’s located in a quiet area and the pictures on the website match the units to a tee. We’re so happy to be here!

From inquiring about tollgates to moving in was 100% a great experience. Stacy is awesome with a sweet and funny personality. She communicated with us from day one and always responsive to our questions. Move in day was such a ease after a long trip. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.
