I’ve been, along with MANY of my friends, a long time customer. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. The reason sometimes it takes them a little longer, is because they are thorough, honest and super busy, BECAUSE they are really great. Mario is a man of integrity, never price gouges, let’s you know if something doesn’t need to be done (unlike so many mechanics on the Western Slope)and the staff there are kind and helpful. I fully recommend them.

Horrible service!!! If you can’t handle a job, don’t take it! I called for service and Veronica said “ we have an opening at 11” I drop my car and they never never called me to say the car was ready until I called at 3 pm and it wasn’t ready. I called 4PM, not ready. Finally Mario called me at 7PM to say the car was ready, so we went to pick it up but the service guy could not give me the car because he could not take payment neither debit card or check. So my car had to stay there till the next day!!

It’s their fault they never told me I had to bring cash. They got it ready till 7PM.

DO NOT USE THIS IF YOU WANT A RELIABLE SERVICE.

Thus guys are not reliable and they have horrible customer service. I am never coming back

These guys are the bomb. I got T-Boned on Hwy 6, they hit my horse trailer, luckily no horses--yet. But they were almost, or maybe even closed but they got my tire switched for the spare so we could finish getting to Montrose. Huge shout out to Harvey, great shop!

Awesome, customer service!!! They were about to close and after highway had been closed for a accident on the way to Denver, we got a nail in our tire and they stayed open and had us back on the road in no time!! Great service and great people! Thank you 🙂
