Dont ever buy a tire from these crooks I have been waiting for my rebate of a 100$ for 3 months and I did the rebate on line and it was accepted and when I have reached for my $ I have gotten the go around from the site ! I will never buy tires here again especially when u can buy them from town fair who is in ur local market ! Don’t bother being tricked! Rebates are the biggest scams we have in the market !!!!!

Are you kidding me? This was easily the best experience I have had on purchasing new wheels. These guys are not only knowledgeable but they are so kind. I accidentally ordered twice the amount of sensors than I needed and they called me to tell me my mistake as soon as my order was confirmed. They fixed it right away. Then I needed to ask a couple of questions and one of their live agents in the chat helped me right away and made it so simple. I will only be purchasing from here for anything I need for my cars. I was a lifetime purchaser of tire rack when it came to tires for my cars over the years, that ended with my last order. I returned a set of rims and waited for my refund only to still be waiting almost two months for partial return. they are withholding a return on two rims which USPS damaged themselves. Basically they wont pay me until they receive payment from the currier. That is unacceptable and really bad business. I had nothing to do with the currier damaging the rims and yet I don't receive my refund. It seems tire rack likes to play magic accounting on their books. They wont shell out $ for the return until they get it from the currier. Total BS, I will never purchase another tire, rim or lug nut from them ever. you lost a good customer. ciao! a quarter of a star maybe, but it wont let me.

Tire rack didn’t have my needed tire size so they recommended a larger size which of course I purchased. However, once the tires were mounted, they rub my wheel well. Tire Rack refuses to correct their mistake and, further, their CSR “Lynne” will not respond to my email inquiries. It has been a few weeks and still no resolution. I am a 10-year customer. Disgraceful service! Shame on you Tire Rack.

Tire Rack shipped my new wheels to a "certified installer ", who then refused to mount them. I was told to just come pick them up, they won't touch them. I called customer service who had no clue, and I was left twisting in the wind.

I just Received two sets of Brake pads from Tire Rack. 1 Akebono set & 1 PosiQuiet set. When i opened the PosiQuiet set I discovered that Two of the pads were Broken ! Everyone knows how important Brakes are to a Vehicle’s Funtions... Why is Tire Tack sending out Broken Brake Pads?!!!! This is Unexceptable Service!
