A little of (literally any of the cheeses I've tried) is enough to make even a basic dish special. I love cheese and these are top notch. Wanted to lick the knife/my fingers clean to avoid loosing any gooey deliciousness. A reason alone to visit the Yakima farmers market. Bonus points for the sustainable farm if you appreciate that as well.

Awesome cheese produced here! Ruth and Lori the owners of this farm can be found at Seattle farmers markets selling their cheese that is handmade on their farm. The goats that are milked each day are so CUTE! Along with the sheep and other animals it is a great place to visit and learn about small farm operations.

I have never been here but I have eaten a number of their beautiful artisan cheeses. I think they are the best in cheesemakers in Washington! They make a variety of styles from fresh to sift-ripened to semi-hard to washed rind using sheep and goat milk from their own herd. Also, the farm is 100% solar powered. Yummmmml
