The drive to this chapel is so beautiful but not as stunning as the chapel itself. It’s a very beautiful and magical chapel. The architecture is like nothing you’ve seen. I saw pictures and had to go in person. They have service on Sundays. There is plenty of parking. The nice lady in the chapel gives you a cool pamphlet on the history of the chapel. Pictures don’t do this chapel justice and there are tons of stunning photos but ten out of ten recommend you come in person.

Services are @ 9 & 11 am if you wish to attend. You are not allowed to enter the chapel once mass has begun. The architecture of this chapel allows you to feel as though you are outside. The woodland surroundings add so much atmosphere. Though, I would trim the 2 branches that extend across the left front of the chapel.

Incredibly peaceful, serene place of worship. Attended 11am service and experienced the presence of God. Service provided time to prepare mind and heart for worship; message on grace and unity were so timely for today! Well done; grateful to have had an opportunity to worship here.

Thorncrown Chapel is beautiful. There was a very sweet lady by the door with a paper explaining the Chapel If you don't know about it, but we had planned going there well in advanced and knew all about it becuase of the architecture. It's a popular spot for the families looking for a nice religious themed stop on vacation, and also just the casual architecture lover or anyone who loves to look a pretty things. There is a working chapel on site if you'd like to pray in a quieter building because people are in and out the chapel to marvel at it. It's nestled in a beautiful spot as well.

Beautiful and aa amazing story of how and why it was built. You will leave there feeling something; inspired, emotional, more devotion to God, something. Truly a beautiful and awesome inspiring chapel.
Just be sure to check if it's closed for a special occasion before going.

Thorncrown Chapel is a really unique and beautiful Chapel. It has floor to ceiling glass all the way around and beautiful forest around it. The architecture is amazing. It is very interesting to photograph it. It is a peaceful and spiritual place. It is worth a stop.
