We have been living in the Berkeley for several years and we are so happy that the right team with the best people are in place in the office. Jaime, Abdoul, and Christian are amazing at what they do in every capacity. They are on top of everything and it’s obvious they care about the people in this community., as well as, the building. The maintenance team they have in place takes care of issues immediately and professionally. It’s nice to see that they finally have a strong caring team in place. This team understands this is our home and they do everything to take care of us and our home. Thank you team Berkeley! Check this building out if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

I have been living at Waypointe for the past 5 months with my family, and our experience has been excellent. The security is great, which makes us feel safe at all times. The maintenance and cleaning staff are friendly and efficient, and the management always responds quickly to any requests. Additionally, the atmosphere is very pleasant, the neighbors are respectful, and the management organizes activities for the community. It’s a comfortable, well-located place that’s perfect for families. I highly recommend it.

I’ve only been living at The Waypointe for about one month. Other than a few glitches with getting fully set up with all the apps, my move-in experience went well. Diane in the leasing office was a huge help! I love all the events made available in the community and how friendly everyone has been. I plan to take advantage of the train shuttle, and I love the convenience of having great restaurants just a walk away! On the downside, the dog run is not kept up, and we are so displeased that dog owners don’t pick up after their babies. It is unsanitary and ruins the beautiful building when people and dogs track in feces. The office clearly tries by setting signs everywhere but they are ignored unfortunately. The only other complaint I have is the failure to abide by the no smoking in the building rule by residents on the 6th floor. The smell of marijuana is overwhelming and truly disturbing. The community is as good as we residents make it, so I truly hope everyone does their part in making this a safe, clean and enjoyable place to live!

Waypointe is great place to live. It is a friendly family atmosphere. The place is clean and safe. They are 5 restaurants within walking distance with great food. It's a quick shuttle ride to the metro north train station. I love the fact that they have EV charging on the premises. The amenities are decent and always available for use.

Great-sized apartments with really nice amenities that can't be found anywhere else in Norwalk. The management team is always open to talk to, and willing to help if challenges arise. They do a great job of putting together fun parties and events, that help to build community and to get people to meet their neighbors. A great option for young families, single people, or couples that have downsized.

We lived at The Berkeley (part of the Waypointe complex) for 3 years before relocating. We loved the neighborhood, there are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The leasing office was always helpful with any questions or concerns and the maintenance team was terrific.

I have been living in these apartments for several years and am very satisfied! I would especially like to highlight the cleanliness – everything is always well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The convenient location is a big plus – shops, cafes, parks, and children’s entertainment are all nearby. A special thanks to the friendly concierges who are always ready to help. Highly recommend!
