I was a bit disappointed. Salesman came up and saw the area and job. There was no surprises for them yet it took them an extra 45 min to set. The problem is they forgot some hangers that were critical for setting so I hired someone else to come up next day and set. Truss Co. would not cover any of the cost of a second truck because they were not given the chance to do it them selves. Ok i understand that. My Issue is with the sales man that did not get back to me at all with any info, After 30 days I Sent a 2nd. email and again no reply so i called the manager. He was polite and I understand his point. As a business owner of 40 years I would have at least made a small offer to pay some small part of the bill to try and ease the misunderstanding.

Their mill ends for firewood is a huge rip-off. 30 bucks for a utility trailer load and half is sawdust and 2x4 pickle slices. Wondering how they treat their truss customers.
