Great company!
I deal with Tony from Star Supply 2-3 times per week. Tony gives me the same above and beyond service every time regardless of the order. Doesn’t matter if I need 14 air handlers or one small sensor he treats my self and the order with the utmost attention and care.
Besides his excellent service and prompt responses Tony goes above and beyond to make sure all of my techs are up to date on new products and training and goes out of his way to alert me of any classes or programs as they become available.
I have been using Star for over a year now and excited for our continued business together.

Great place, they had everything I needed to install an entire HVAC system. They can pretty much get you any pipe or oval fitting that is made. Wouldn't
go anywhere else. People there are great and can help you with all your questions.

Rep says: "We'll only sell you a capacitor if you have an electrical license."
Replacing a capacitor on an AC unit is super easy (done it several times),
The safety measures (disconnect unit and discharge capacitor) are basic.
It's far less risky than replacing an electrical outlet which any DIY homeowner has done a hundred times. Home Depot even sells these things.
The policy not to sell these to people is about protectionism of the trade, not safety. It's insulting and ridiculous.
