Good value and food was pretty good! Love that it has the “going out” feel but isn’t overly expensive. My ravioli had a good number of squares and the soup was good. The old-fashioned I got didn’t really blow me out of the water, but everything else was great. Don’t remember who our server was but she was super nice and somehow came around the perfect amount.

Amazing spot! My husband recommended this place for our anniversary but hadn't gone in 20 years so we didn't know what our experience would be like, Safe to say it was just as good as he remembered! You get bread, a soup or Salad, and a scoop of Ice Cream all tied into the price of the Entrée, We got Sat right away and we were sat in the Train car which made the night even better. Steve, Our server was amazing tonight and the Manager who's name I didn't catch Even gave us a Free Tiramisu with a little heart because it was our anniversary 💜. You get a good Portion for what you pay for and everything was Delicious 😋. We will definitely be coming back at a future Time!

My wife and I went out last night to dinner and had a really nice time. Good food and the best service. Cullen and Bailey really knocked it out of the park for us. We'll definitely be going back this restaurant and will ask for them again. Just a great time all the way around.

This sweet girl with red hair, Molly, was our waitress and couldn’t have asked for better service. Checked on us just the right amount and made sure we always had refills and continuously went the extra mile to ensure we had a good experience and liked our food. I was too shy to say I got the wrong thing and the second she recognized it she offered me a solution and made me feel so comfortable. Can’t thank her enough! You’re definitely lucky if you get her as your server!

I've always heard about The Old Spaghetti Factory many years ago from co-workers and friends and unfortunately back then, this restaurant wasn't located anywhere near the different areas I was residing in. I noticed the Westminster restaurant back in Aug 2023 when I was visiting the area with my family but we got so busy that we didn't get to try it out. However, on 24 Aug 2024, that opportunity presented itself; my daughter and I finally ate here for dinner.

We arrived a little earlier than "normal" dinner hours so the restaurant wasn't busy at that time, resulting in us getting seated right away. The hostess escorted us to a nice booth by the bar area and handed us our menus; however, I didn't feel that she was as enthusiastic to be there, as I was. Nevertheless, although she wasn't as friendly, it didn't ruin the evening because she did what she was supposed to do and the main service stems from the primary server. Speaking of which, our main server, Sarah, did a remarkable job that evening. She was very attentive, courteous, and highly efficient throughout the evening - all attributes that I appreciate from an employee regardless of the field of work.

We ordered Sicilian Garlic Cheese Bread for our appetizer; the Chicken Parmigiana and Spaghetti Vesuvius for our main entrées. The Cheese Bread was great...I just wish that I would've known that bread gets served at the beginning for free because at the end of the night, I felt like I was "carb-(over)loading" enough for two marathon events. I will admit though, that free bread was delicious and all by itself, was worth the visit. The Chicken Parm was ok; nothing fantastic about it. The one thing that took us back (I guess we should've read the menu better), was that the Chicken Parm was not breaded and fried. The menu described this entrée as, "A perfectly seasoned breast of tender chicken with melted cheese..." Silly us for assuming but I thought it was implied that it was going to be breaded and fried considering all other Chicken Parm recipes we've had were prepared that way. Regardless, it did bring a different approach to the way of preparing it and was great to experience it in a different manner - I just wasn't a fan of it. As far as the Spaghetti Vesuvius...that too was just ok for me. First, I thought it could've been served with a little more sauce. Second, the sauce/ingredients sounded good when I read it on the menu; however, I don't feel it complemented each other as well as I thought it would.

The décor and ambiance is nice; definitely set for a nice family dinner or an affordable option for date nights. Speaking of affordable...I felt the prices were reasonable, especially when you compare it to other "popular" franchise Italian restaurants in this country. Overall, this restaurant is ok, as depicted in my 3-star rating; the experience was nice because it was new to me and because the service was good (primarily by Sarah), but I wasn't a huge fan of the entrées we had. I am willing to try other items on their menu if I am ever in this area again (I live in Las Vegas and we don't have this franchise in my city). If I do get the opportunity to try this restaurant again, I'll be sure to update my review/rating, as appropriate. Based on all these factors, I am still recommending this restaurant to everyone.

When we first walked in it was great. Our server was nice and we started to order our food. However, once they brought the food, we noticed our meatballs were missing. Simple mistake. Then when we got dessert, there were no spoons. The spoons were already used on the soup which they took. Also our server said that she would give us a clean glass from the cream soda we ordered. We never got the glass cup. As we were packing our leftovers, we noticed others around us got their clean glass cup souvenir and bags for their leftovers to take home. While we had neither. First dining experience was such a disappointment. The ambience was nice. . .

Oh was this place delicious!!! We asked to be seated in a train car and they delivered! We loved everything about this place! Very very kid friendly! Our server went the extra mile to make it extra special for our 7 year old. Loved it!

I had never been to a location of this chain before. They had trouble preparing the food correctly (a beef special was ordered medium rare and came out well done - they did replace it), the location was not as clean as it could be (the pillar next to our table was splattered with what looked like a few years of different sauces), the kitchen was slow, table service was as good, and the food did taste fine. Nothing special.
