I’ve used a bunch of labs for Super 8 and 16mm services over the years and The Negative Space is by far the best. I’ve sent them thousands of feet of film over the last four years and every single time the quality of scans are amazing, the communication fast, and customer service is incredible. My business would not be where it is today without Nicki and The Negative Space. Their quality and consistency over the years has helped me elevate my work to a place I didn’t think I could. Anytime I’ve ever had questions or needed help with my cameras they’ve been patient and helpful. Don’t send your work to anyone else! They’re the best!

Simply the best motion picture lab around. We’ve been sending our wedding film work to Nicki and The Negative Space for years. They go above and beyond to communicate turnaround times, to help with gear questions, and the quality of scan is unmatched in the industry. honestly don’t write reviews, but after sending my super 8 reels a few times i’ve had negative experiences. they always take way longer then what days on website. nicki is awful at customer service and incredibly so rude over email. website says within 3 weeks, everytime i’ve gotten my scans back it’s always 4 weeks or over. so frustrating because i also have clients that require deadlines. would highly recommend not sending to get scan’s processed here. more so sad and disappointed then everything especially for what they charge you would think they would treat their customers with kindness.

I've been sending my Super 8 footage to Nicki for digital scanning for over a year now and she never disappoints. Always such a quick turn around with the best quality at a price that's more affordable than a lot of other places. I would recommend her to anyone who's getting into Super 8. She even took about an hour of her time on a cold call the first time we spoke to answer all my questions about how the process worked and was patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. So happy I found The Negative Space and will be with them for a long time to come.
