I bought some of his ground steak to make burgers at camp. I had 5-6 of them tell me it made the best burgers they’d ever had. I thought so too. 10/10 experience.

The staff was friendly with each interaction and professional, however the two deer we had processed at this location was not weighed before packaging. LBS range from .25lbs to 1.5lbs in random amounts. The meat was not frozen per their process and the ice chests were left as they were turned in, with blood and pooling in the bottom covering the meat itself. We had to clean each with a paper towel before freezing to remove stray meat chunks and blood from the outside of the packaging.

We bought several steaks and their stuffed baked potatoes on Friday. Grilled the filets on 7/16. Oh My Gosh! The steak practically melted in our mouths and the stuffed potatoes were perfect. High hopes for the NY strips that we also purchased during this visit. The owner (I assume) and cashier were so nice too. We will be back!

We got 4 ribeyes from them. Only used olive oil, salt & pepper and cooked them to 140 degrees and hardly needed a knife to cut them. They are true PRIME steaks. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff as well. We enjoyed our time in the store and especially over the grill. We will be back!!

The chicken bomb was intriguing- it was amazing. Chicken breast stuffed w cheese and jalapeño and wrapped with 5 pieces of bacon. I will definitely make this a habit.
