This business feels so genuinely kind and helpful it literally made me tear up the first time I went in. Even when I have no idea what I’m doing or what I need, I have been treated with such respect and dignity. The staff are so patient. They really work with you to find the cheapest, fasted option. They have everything. All of their packaging options are clearly labeled with price and size info. This is the most intuitive mailing experience I have ever had, they really do what they can to make it simple. Mailing things is an errand I always dread and put off but this place changed that for me. Thank you Mail Hub!!

The clerk behind the counter at the nearby UPS store: "Uhhhh. I don't got a box for that." Me: "But you are advertising pack and ship services." Clerk: "Yeah, I don't gotta box for that..."

I leave go straight to Mail Hub Issaquah. The answer is "Yes, let us take care of that." Professional, thorough, well packed, shipped and all done without any fuss and with a lot of care and attention. They are the best in town and the UPS store should be ashamed of themselves.

If you need help mailing items, Kelly, at the Mail Hub is the best! She went out of her way to help me bring down the cost of mailing some hand-made Christmas decorations.
