Fantastic little butcher just north of the main white center strip. The meats are all top quality, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. I bought a porterhouse from them recently and cooked it on my grill, it was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. I highly recommended this establishment.

OMG, what did they sell me? Was the cow raised in outer space? Maybe they have a connection with Space X?...but then I'm sure the price would have been much higher. I'm methodical in my steak preparation, reverse sear with smoke, sear at 500+ degrees. My wife still tries steak at expensive restaurants and always says mine is better. I have grown accustomed to the way the steaks turn out. But the tenderloin I got here today (6/1/2024) was hands down the best steak I have ever had. I was holding back tears as I ate it in pure ecstasy. I could cut it with a fork, and I did, to prove a point. They truly decimated my opinion of what is possible with beef. I don't think I can buy steak anywhere else now. My only regret is not coming here sooner.

Very small butcher shop, closed Sunday & Mondays. Opens at 10am Meat is excellent flavor and moist!, We have been back multiple times to fill our freezer! Very friendly shopping experience!

This is a great local butcher with lots of options and even more wisdom on how to cook, prepare and select meat. They don’t just have protein. You can also find cheese, eggs, vegetables, bones, sauces, rubs, spices, jerky, landjaeger‘s, and much more. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable and there is enough differently prepared meat here to keep your mealtime interesting for a long time.
