Love living at the Landon! the apartments are beautiful and all of the common areas are always spotless and well maintained. Rich and the maintenance team are the absolute best! they are so responsive even on weekends. thank you for all that you do!

Moving out after a solid 2 years here. Parking was terrible at first but it seems to have gotten a lot better, other than the 2 EV parking spots in the main lot (seems like they could’ve found a better place for those). Also had to have my monthly payment corrected more than once while living here so I’d just advise you to stay on top of that (keep track of when you pay your amenity fee). Other than that it’s a beautiful property and maintenance is phenomenal. Rich and William always came ASAP for any issues we had and were extremely friendly. I really enjoyed living here.

The maintenance staff here is great. Rich always comes by at the drop of a hat when something needs to be repaired or looked at. He works efficiently and is so friendly! The grounds are beautiful and everyone is so welcoming!

We have lived here for a short time, but the apartments are beautiful. The cherry on top is all the beautiful grounds and the kind staff. Everyone in the office has been so kind and always available to answer questions or help. The landscaping is absolutely beautiful. My family and I love walking around seeing the beautiful plants, and even seeing little hidden surprises like gourds growing!

Relocating from out of state we are very pleased to have found Landon. The management staff is friendly, efficient, communicative and proactive on every level. They also enhance the experience of the residents with many clubhouse activities, virtual meet and greets and generally make efforts to build a community. The grounds of the complex are well taken care of and any maintenance requests are efficiently addressed. Rich the maintenance manager is not only responsive and attentive but a down right good guy! The staff in the leasing office and clubhouse are equally attentive with an air of personalized service and you always feel like your questions or comments are "heard" and will be acted upon immediately if necessary. The units are spacious, plenty of storage space, nice cabinetry details and the floor and walls are a pleasant color. The wooded hilltop site of the complex provides a sense of seclusion and privacy yet is conveniently located with many close by opportunities for necessities as well as being located close to major roads for quick on-off distance travel. I highly recommend Landon of Cromwell!

I've lived at the Landon coming up on 3 years, it really is a nice place to call home. The only 2 issues
from my personal perspective are; EV parking proticols, and dog park hours. Other than that, The Landon really is great for the most part.

The Maintenance team and office crew are are consistent and responsive. They do a great job overall for sure.

Have lived at the Landon for six months now and the grounds are impeccable and the amenities are amazing. Kaila in the office was very friendly and welcoming and made the move in process a piece of cake. Recently we had an issue with our fridge where it was making an extremely loud noise. Contacted Rich in maintenance who was very responsive and his counterpart Will was at our door within the hour with the issue identified and resolved. They are both always so friendly, professional and attentive to any issues that may arise. Truly a great place to live if you enjoy resort style living!

My husband and I moved in a little over two weeks ago, and it has been nothing short of amazing so far. Not only are the apartments and amenities incredible, but the staff is absolutely what makes it so wonderful. Everyone we have met so far has gone above and beyond, from the amazing office staff answering any silly question we might have, to the superb maintenance staff who have come within hours to fix any small issue we might be having. The responsiveness and kindness is truly next level. We are so excited to continue our journey here, and would recommend The Landon to anyone looking for an exceptional place to live.
