A timeline is created and was met for ease of scheduling. They help you with decisions and don't overwhelm you. My wife and I just finished a total "gut" of a kitchen in Madison CT. Initially, we solicited the opinions of a contractor or two who were friends. We also hired an architect to design things.

Not fully satisfied, we - thankfully - decided to turn to Ron Fisher of The Kitchen Company to come up with his design and his recommendations for cabinets, surfaces, appliances, etc. His ideas far better reflected our vision of what the space should look like. All his thoughts were practical yet beautiful. And the cabinets he helped us choose were spectacular! As well as reasonably priced.

I can't count the # of times he came out to the house to study the space. He was also very hands-on as the cabinets were being installed. (By the way, their installers were also excellent.)

We are fortunate that we happened to turn to Ron and The Kitchen Company. The finished result was more beautiful, practical, and more affordable than the other options we were considering.

Customer loyalty appreciated. Bought full kitchen 20 years ago. Recently two hinges on lazy susan corner door failed. My woodworker could not find replacements. I contacted company and they provided correct replacement hinges. Could not have been more helpful. Very courteous.
