Terrible company that doesn't accept responsibility for their lackluster of service. No reports or records and will blame you and make you feel stupid for asking if they serviced your hot tub. Came back to a green opaque hot tub twice. Accused me that my neighbors must have been sneaking in and using our tub even though we had been there for two weeks straight. Everytime I called, they could ever find out file. Told us that they didn't need records since they have been in business for 20 years. Run away from them as fast as you can.

We have been very pleased with the professional services and customer service. Every contact with this company has been professional and attentive. Knowing they have been in business so many years I trust their expertise and knowledge. I wouldn't trust my hot tub maintenance to anyone else!

I took the family out to CO, this past President's Day Weekend. We stayed in a rental condo in Dillon, and it was a great unit except for the hot tub. When we opened the cover, the water was green and lukewarm. We notified the Management Company of the Rental unit and the Hot Tub Company did the service. It was late in the evening and the guy did a partial drain and fill, added chemicals, and checked the heater. He was there over an hour and got everything back up running. Next morning the tub was crystal clear and the water temp a steamy 110 degrees. Excellent service and very nice it was fixed the night we arrived.

Extremely pleased with the hot tub company! They were very professional with choosing the right tub and with the ongoing maintenance. They’ve always had fair pricing on weekly services and our tubs have always been cleaned between visitors. They are a small local company and we have relied on John for years. No reason to work with anyone else no matter what their sales pitch might be.

We purchased the Clearwater Twin Peaks spa in November of 2018 and we love it. Jenny was very helpful providing us with information and answering our many questions regarding spas. The care and maintenance for our spa is extremely easy but whenever we have had any questions, John takes the time to stop by and look at our spa and answer them.
