I came in for help on Christmas Eve, but had to come back after Christmas because Tommies was already gone for the day. When I did come back, he went out of his way to help me and found a solution that saved me some money. Thank you Tommies!

Was in line waiting for my turn to check out. Heath was helping an elderly gentleman with a return a new purchase. The transaction went smooth, however the elderly gentleman didn’t think he received the correct change back and was getting a bit upset. Heath calmly showed the original transaction, the return and the new purchase. But there was still a disconnect. The gentleman was becoming very irritated, but Heath kept his calm and line by line explained it with acknowledgment from the gentleman that he understood then moved to the next line.
Heath’s exercise in patience was on a whole other level. Very professional and courteous. This guy should be your store manager. At least give him a healthy bonus for going over and above what most store clerks would think was “their job”. Well done Heath!

Resharp machine quite impressive , quick (2 custom knives = 10 min. ) great results . No scarring or burn on custom steel edges and makes good base of reference as to sharpness of edge . THANKS ACE ,ill be back

Arrived at 5:30 on a Sunday but they had closed early. “For an employee meeting”. I wasn’t going to write a review about the last time I was in but now… The last time I was in the cashier asked me to round up for a donation. I’m a single mom of three and I’ll donate when I can but not at the cash register. When I declined, the cashier became rude and waved my receipt at me and said “thank you very much!” loudly and then leaned her head toward the door. I will not be back.

I stopped here mainly to get a key cut for my truck. The staff member that helped me was friendly and was very knowledgeable about vehicle keys and the store.

Check out was smooth and the great selection of beverages just before checkout is very good.

Also it was only $5 to get my key cut, if you have a chip key it may be more.

The service I received from Natasha at Ace was one to write google about!!! 😊
I came in looking for fly traps and a couple other things for the house. Natasha made herself available to answer all of my questions, was kind, PATIENT and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied with what I was buying! Thank you Natasha for helping me to feel comfortable buying things I knew nothing about when I walked in there!
