This is an amazing company with a commitment to great service and fair prices. From the first experience going to the shop, coordinating delivery with Gabriel, to having David come and hang the painting, they were both so helpful and FRIENDLY. There was a slight wrinkling with a small portion of the canvas after the painting was hung in our apartment. David returned at a time that was convenient for us and fixed the issue. He was patient and explained everything he was doing to remedy the issue. This is an honest company that cares about the service hey provide and takes pride in their work. HIGHLY recommend using them and we will call on them again!

Gabriel and Co. wrapped and FedEx’d 3 pieces of art that I shipped from Ct to Fl. Two of the paintings were quite large. I’ve shipped paintings before, and while this wasn’t inexpensive, the job they did wrapping and protecting my paintings was superb. Opening the wrapping was like working your way through a many-layered cake, layer by layer. I was incredibly impressed with the the job they did and don’t think my art could have been better protected. In every aspect, it was a pleasure working with The Frame Shop. They stabilized a large water color painting that was loose within the frame, they re-backed an oil painting and they held on to things for me to coordinate delivery while I was in Florida. Overall they did an excellent job. I recommend without hesitation.

Gabriel has great design taste. I had a Shepard Fairey that I wanted to frame for years. I was though it was going to cost me a fortune to frame. I'm so glad I went to The Frame Shop in New Haven. He ended up recommending a very nice Italian moulding, museum mat and museum glass. You can't even tell there is glass on my piece. And ended up costing me less than I thought. The framing was also very fast. Thanks guys!
