Patti at the Frame Factory has been my go-to for framing things that are very precious to me! She always does a wonderful job, particularly with sports jerseys (in my case, hockey jerseys). Very high quality frames, great pricing, and careful attention to detail when choosing corresponding accent colors for the backing boards, matboards, and metal accents. I will certainly be back in the near future, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone!

Had a wonderful experience at The Frame Factory today. I’d been looking for a high quality wood frame to enhance this sweet little oil painting my Mom purchased in 1963 right off an artist’s easel on a street in Paris. The owner was so helpful and had a great eye when she recommended the perfect frame. She expertly fitted the frame and finished it with a backing and wire. She even gave me the hardware for hanging it! Now that I’ve found this gem of a business, I will be back. The owners have been in business for 50 years and are hoping to soon resume hosting artist showings now that the pandemic is showing promising signs of decline. Please support this wonderful small business!

I went in to get a rip fixed on my poster and look at getting it put onto a backing. After discussing the pros and cons I was shown the perfect matching frame to go with the poster and as it was on clearance the price came out to be only just over what another nearby shop was going to charge just for drymounting. I was given an ETA of 4 days, it was ready in 1. I was given the option of putting together the frame myself or paying a completely reasonable $15, I decided to try it myself (was given a lesson in store) and got it done and couldn't be happier. Great shop

Absolutely stellar. The woman who helped me was very kind and gave me her best possible estimates and options, and even with some flexibility if I wanted to do some parts "DIY". Very helpful, I fully recommend this shop!

After having a very negative experience at a frame shop literally 2 minutes away, I decided to try out frame factory to see if they could increase the space in a frame between the pictures and glass. What was unimaginable at the other frame store was easily done by frame factory! The woman (I think her name was Kristina or Anna? all I remember is she’s going to Denmark or is from Denmark) working helped me understand what needs to be done and had it ready for pickup quickly with very reasonable prices. She was so great that I remembered to write a review nearly 2 months after my frame was ready! I don’t need frame work often but if I ever do again, I’ll be going to frame factory.

I would not take my precious pictures or photos anywhere else but the Frame Factory. Patti Cowan is a genius at helping me to select the perfect frame and mat to suit the picture and my decor. She has a wide selection of frames and mats to choose from. I recently had a large picture framed for my dining room. The frame and mat pick up the colors in the picture and coordinate with my dining room chairs. The framed picture makes the room. If you need something framed the next day, Patti will get it done. I have recommended the Frame Factory to all of my neighbors. They are always thrilled with the results. If you have precious memorabilia, Patti is a master at framing it is a shadow box. I highly recommend the Frame Factory.
