Our fireplace switch wasn’t working properly and since it was old, we thought we might need to replace it. After speaking with them, they explained there was an easier option that would not only fix the problem, it would extend the life of our current fireplace and be much more cost effective. They came out within a month and fixed it very quickly and even added a remote for us, all for a very reasonable price. The techs were polite, friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help (Thank you very much, Randall!). We will definitely use them for our future needs and highly recommend everyone else do the same.

Our free standing fireplace was leaking propane just in time for my busy Christmas vacation rental season. Randy was able to quickly get to the house and assess the problem and do a quick fix just in time for the check in time for the guests. Fireplace Guys have also serviced us before. Great to have them on our list service providers!

Randy J. from the Fireplace Guys came to service my natural gas fireplace insert today, and did a fabulous and efficient job! I have had two other local companies survey the issues, and neither could figure out the problem. Randy had it figured out in just a few minutes, and proceeded to do a thorough job getting the fireplace to operate, as well as check for any other issues and clean the glass. I was really impressed with his professionalism and spot-on problem solving. After working with two other local (Wenatchee) companies trying to get this issue fixed over the last year, I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I got one today! Thank you so much Randy and the Fireplace Guys - the only folks I will call or recommend from here on out!

Randy responded to our request for service; he was very pleasant and helpful. He went back to the shop to get the part needed to fix our problem and then didn't charge us b/c the fireplace had an issue when it was installed. Excellent quality service. 💯 recommend!

The Fireplace Guys have been providing us with excellent service for our gas fireplaces for the past 16 years, and they continue to do so. We had a problem starting our fireplace and Randy from the Fireplace Guys was very competent and professional and was able to fix the problem. He also took the time to explain to me what was causing the issue. Would give him 10 stars if this was an option.

5 stars! Super helpful and actually fixed our existing fireplace when no one else would even look at it unless we were willing to buy a new one?! I can’t tell you how long it took until I reached out and found this team of helpful guys. Randy came to the house and not only helped me with my existing issue, but went above and beyond to diagnose another issue we were having with my stove top.
