I love this car wash and will travel a little out of my way to go to it because I have a cracked windshield and I need a touch less wash. And theirs is wonderful! However, this last time I went a nice young man named Justin helped me and I was able to go through the regular wash because they have a feature that stops the top brush from coming down onto the car. It was really nice to get a regular wash and not worry about the safety of my windshield. I highly recommend this car wash for the wonderful prices, and amazing staff!

These guys are awesome! Justin explained the pricing and benefits of each and gently nudged me towards to mid range wash that includes undercarriage in the most professional way. A few other guys came out and made conversation. The facilities are the cleanest that I have ever seen at any car wash. The monthly plan is by far the best since it is the cost of just about two washes.

My wife and I stopped in there. We both have memberships to the car wash. I asked the gentleman if I could try out the touch less because we were both interested in switching to that membership. I was then told that he had to ask his boss who then said no that I had to pay an extra four dollars to try it out m! Not very good customer service. So to sum it up we now will cancel our current memberships of $60.00 a month because they did not want to provide a courtesy wash?

I have been a subscription member for more than a year and liked the service. I always thought the attendants metering the cars into the wash were unorganized - intermittingly flipping the sign between STOP and Neutral no brakes. I went a couple of weeks ago and I was well within the tunnel getting my car washed and I was struck from behind by another car. The carwash stopped and Josh (the attendant) walked up to my car in the tunnel and asked how my day was going. Really? I was completely helpless and under control of the carwash at the time I was hit. The wash restarted and when it finished, I pulled to the side with the car that hit me following shortly thereafter. The other driver said that they had no idea what happened. It took Josh almost 10 minutes to join us near the vacuums. Josh, and the carwash company, disavowed any responsibility for the accident. Josh offered no explanation or apology for my car getting hit. Josh took down our contact information so that the other driver and I could contact our insurance companies to resolve liability and damage. Really? It's clear that Josh allowed the car trailing me into the tunnel too soon or at too fast a rate. I waited to see if the company would contact me, but they did not. I have cancelled my subscription. Please know that you are on your own if the carwash damages your car.

Love this car wash. Free vacuums have great power and the touch less wash is perfect. Membership is good for the price to. Employees are super nice and attentive.

First time trying this location, a few things of note. The single wash purchase process is challenging on screen for payment, they are working towards getting people on memberships so there wasn’t a person to ask for help. Brushes in wash are plastic vs the grey cloth seen elsewhere, it didn’t feel like enough water to get the car clean. When you are ready to exit, there is no light or signage to alert you to shift out of neutral and the turn is tight. We paid for deluxe with added tire shine, you can see in pictures there is none. One positive is great vacuums, won’t be back.

Nothing but good things to say about this place. They are literally the friendliest place in town. I had to end my membership last summer, because I was not going to be able to use it for the month of July and they were TOTALLY nice about it. They didn't give me a hard time or try to get me to stay. They just immediately said, 'ok, no problem!" That is why in September, I went back to them and started up my membership again. Great job, guys!
