If you are looking for pest control on the South Beach look no further. Nicole was fantastic at sending out crew quickly to help with our pest control, along with helping me navigate their new online scheduling and payment system.
Dillon preformed the service and was efficient and so nice! We had a rat and he was able to locate and capture it that day! SO thankful! So happy to have a business I can trust with pest control on the Harbor. Thank you!

I have been using this Terminix location for a few years now, changing from another company when I had a flea issue from a friends dog that came over 🙁 The company I used did not get rid of the flees, even after three treatments $$$ and so they multiplied. I was at my wits end and decided to try this company. They were there the very next day, calmed me down and told me not to worry, they will get rid of them. They did! In one application!! I had tried everything prior, including the three treatments from a different company. I signed up right away for service, dropping my old company which most people use here, I have NEVER had an issue with bugs, ants or rats since! We live on the ocean so in the dunes Rodents like to hide, my neighbors all have issue's with rodents, along with the pesty ants every year. I was told from the other company I used that living on the beach you just have to accept that you will have sugar ants...but I never get them anymore with Terminix. If I see a bug and don't know what it is, I just ask Terminix and they let me know what type of bug, what is inviting them into my yard and if they need to spray for them...Each time I have done that, the bugs were just seasonal and the office told me they would be gone in a couple weeks...sure enough they were right, saving me money with their honesty. This company is so professional and know their stuff about removing unwanted pests. A few of my neighbors have now switched too and are so happy they did. What a difference from our prior company.

Daylin does our service service every month and is always so polite and respectful of our property and of our dogs. We have several outside water dishes for animals and one month I forgot to move them out of the way and I came home to find that he had not only moved them but he had turned them upside down so that they wouldn't get spray in them. Highly recommend Terminx and thank you for looking out for my babies

After using Terminex for 10 yrs and missing payments for a minute due to the amount of time I work. It was made up and auto pay from my financial institution was reinstated . The account is current. I received a letter informing me service will be discontinued because of the missed payments and I will need to pay in advance or set up auto pay. Never offered auto pay prior and I shut off auto pay to them due to a credit on my account. The information on my account is 10 years old and not current. No email and the phone number is long since gone. I know I had left a message in the office with current phone number. Sorry , but with this type of attitude, I will seek another company.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. I called this company out for a minor ant problem, I took off 1/2 a day of work to wait around for a company who never showed. I called during business hours, got a voicemail, left a voicemail, and did not get a call back until the next day. I was understanding of the situation and rescheduled for the following day, which I then also took 1/2 a day off work, I had to go to work while the technician was on site because he was taking so long. I had a minor (less than 10 ants) problem. The technician attempted to take a picture of the ant to send to his boss on Facebook messenger to get clarification as to which type of ant it was. He recommended a wall void treatment which I agreed too, as he said it would take care of the problem & I needed to get to work after now wasting an entire day on this company. I get a bill for over $300.00, I paid 1/2 of it no problem, however before paying the other half I noticed ALOT more ants, my house was now infested. I called, and was told "Oh well now we need to do a treatment inside" and I declined as that was not explained nor spoken about & why would I go spend more money when they cannot show up on time or guarantee the work. I spoke to the women in the office to TERMINATE my services with them as their recommendation was not helping and I was very dissatisfied & I let her know that on the phone call. She called me back a week later, asking when I wanted to schedule after I had already terminated their services. At the end of May I wrote a letter to them explaining the situation, and on 6/18/22, I received a COLLECTIONS letter that they had sent my outstanding balance to collections. The service was in March, and I got a collections notice on 6/18/22. There was not a proper notice or any steps taken to try to resolve this issue. Nobody even reached out about the letter that I wrote about how dissatisfied I was with not only the technician but the whole office. Will never use this company or recommend them to anyone.

Great I couldn't be happier they really work with you and I have had them spray for spiders every year since I moved here 7 years ago... my husband and I are having a tough financial issue and we called terminix and let them know we'd pay the balance as soon as we could and we're put on hold and when the girl came back she said we'll take care of it... we were very surprised and extremely overwhelmed with good thoughts... we recommend them 100%... thank you Terminix
