Checked in at 8:30, out at 9:15. Had a 24 pallets of metal, two lumper lady’s unloaded the whole thing in under half hour. Feel sorry for all the drivers who had to endure long wait getting loaded, maybe i was lucky with receiving part of it ? Or if its a new way of doing business with truckers - keep up good work, TenarisHickman, i have no complaints whatsoever.

My Appointment was at 7:30 pm , but they took me for loading at 1:00 am nd took 4 hours for loading , and now its next day 8:00 am nd im still waiting for papers , poor management

Absolutely horrible place. After getting loaded on my 10th hour, I went inside to ask how much longer for paperwork after waiting two hrs. The lady inside of there, which I believe is the Manager pointed her finger at me and told me to get the F out. We had words and some little nitwit in an orange vest came out and told me I am completely barred from all Tenaris Hickman facilities I told him I’ve waited 10 hours. Are you giving me a gift or are you trying to punish me. Do yourself a favor get kicked out of there. You’ll never have to go back again. I wrote a letter to the corporate office in Argentina. I don’t know if it’s going to go any good, but least it put them on notice.

Absolutely worst place to go if you're a truck driver. These people cancelled my load because I was doing my job and getting my trailer set up to be loaded. When I went into the office to ask if they could overlook the problem and count it as a warning they basically laughed at me. I have bills to pay as a business owner and they don't care. Do not come here, they don't care and will kick you out over the smallest thing.

In all my time of getting loaded never have i experienced such unprofessional behaviour, wait time is average 10hrs and the staff members at the front office are very unprofessional and are quick to cancel your load!! Never will i come back at this place!!!

Truck drivers beware long long time to wait to get loaded. I waited 10 and a 1/2 hours after my load appointment time, They don't mind wasting a truck driver's time or log book and I had mine

These ppl got the worst communication I sat for 9 hours and when they started to set my trailer up they just left and didn’t tell me nothing. Then when I asked the woman at the guard house she catches an attitude with me so I just left don’t go here unless you have nothing else to do and be ready to do a whole 10 hour break hell maybe a 34
