Tekpak

My appointment time was 11am. I made it at 10:15am. Got to the dock door 2 hrs later. And then it took them another 3 hrs to unload. On top of that 3 trucks that check in behind me got loaded and unloaded before me. This place sucks. They act like unloading a trailer is rocket science.

If you want to waste your valuable time, come to TEKPAK INC in Alabama, the one in the office thinks he is the owner of the company and is a despot, is it because I am Latino that he treats me so badly? but they really make you waste your time and they go out all the time to smoke and talk and sit under the trees that have chairs, a barbecue I'm going here for 3 hours and they don't give me a door ? to load a bad place to come

Got here 3 am for my 12:30 pm appointment. Started the unloading phase at 6:45 got out at 7:53 and overnight parking available

Ignore the No Truck through signs on the way in. Tekpak across from XPO , friendly staff , lots of room for maneuvering, restroom inside , thanks !

Don’t come here to get loaded or unloaded!! Every single review about it taking forever at this facility is absolutely correct. Currently 5truck ahead of me and each truck is taking about more than three hours on the dock. They are also only using one dock! TRUCKS DRIVERS RUN AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY!!!

Was late for DEL appt, checked in and got empty in 2 hours and 30 mins

Friendly people and if you had to come overnight and needed to sleep up against the bushes and the trees away from the docks you will be fine
