Terrible customer service. The woman answering the phones must think she’s answering her personal cell phone or house phone. She is representing someone else’s company, not her own. Ew.

Outstanding shop!! Stocked up on hamburger, steak, pork tenderloin and chicken! Person who waited on me was polite and professional. All the meat was delicious!! Taste was exceptional! Highly recommend!!! Thanks

Meat is always good here. I dropped off 2 deer at once they called me to pick up my meat when only one was done. On top of that, they didn't vacuum pack my 2nd deer as I had requested that on both. Did not have time to wait for them to repack the meat. I explained they ran me over 1 hour drive for an extra trip, but they never offered to even give me a discount for that or failure to package my meat properly. I would have thought I would have maybe got $10 off or something but I guess they have more work than they need, however they apparently don't have enough staff to keep it organized.
