After meeting with Tracy I was really pleased with his professionalism and understand of my automotive business. He was very patient in explaining everything to myself and my daughter who runs my business. After waiting for our current contract to expire he checked in regularly and made sure we were doing okay. When we finally made the switch it was quick and easy and he even stayed to help all the staff make sure they knew how to use the new system. Hands down the best dedication and customer service. Seamless transition to our new phone service as well as new card processing. Tracy is extremely helpful even beyond the services he offers. Such an amazing experience we had working with Tracy to transition our business over to the Clover system. Not only are we 100% satisfied with the service we received but the continuation of constant communication throughout the process and beyond. Tracy kept in touch with us from the very beginning to make sure everything is up to par, or better. We had a minor issue with our POS and before we even knew it, Tracy had contacted us and had the issue fixed. With that being said, it validates the fact that Tracy watches and monitors for the transition period to make sure all is good.
