Cassie was fantastic she took great care of all my needs. She took her time to explain everything and was so knowledgeable with my service questions. She did not just tell how to do something, she walk out to my car and showed me how. Patience, caring great customer service. Team One I am a VP at a large corporation and you had better pay her well because I am coming after her for my next hire. I am always looking for the best and you have one named Cassie in the service department. I wish I had got her last name but if she told I have forgot. Please tell her this level of customer service is hard to find and I truly appreciate her and the company she works for should celebrate her high level of customer satisfaction she delivers to your/her customers.

They are both very professional and I found them to be extremely customer oriented. The mechanic who worked on my vehicle, Tommy, was the same. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to identify my problems quickly. I would highly recommend this dealership's service to anyone who asks. I personally dealt directly with the service manager, and she was awesome. She took very good care of me. The service department did a very good job on getting my truck in and out. It was a lot quicker than what I thought the dashboard had to be replaced and looks great. I’m very happy with the work that was done. I’m very happy with the service that I was given, and I would definitely be taking my vehicle there for any other . Fantastic job. The service manager did a terrific job very professional, and she kept me posted every step of the way.

Very efficient. Kept me informed of everything. Only wish they had changed the seeing from kilometers to miles like I asked at the beginning and I wouldn't have paid for the additive to the oil.
