Such a cool spot. All their beef is amazing. They even dry age their own beef (you know it’s good when they do that). Family owned, always great and knowledgeable service.

Great meat shop, they sell only the highest quality meats, and excellent in house made Bratwurst, so many flavors to try.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
You get what you pay for here, I highly recommend this butcher shop.
On Thursday they smoke chicken, on Friday it's smoked ribs and Friday is smoked tri-tip day! (I suggest calling in advance).

Great cuts of meat. We love the packages of pre-marinated chicken breasts and thighs, the flavors are delicious. And their tri-tip is excellent quality. We always end up grabbing a pack of brats or their summer sausage, both are fantastic.
Super friendly staff as well!

Kind of stumbled on this shop leaving a clients home. I now only buy my beef and sausage here. The quality is amazing and you can taste it. And this place is immaculate. Don’t forget to grab some of their homemade sausages, my favorite is the maple sausage. And add some of the Pawpa Flavor seasoning, the rosemary garlic makes steak taste delicious. Everyone has always been friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a good butcher, look no more.

Theeeeee best spot around for all meats cuts and Lunch . Yes they smoke there as well . Chicken feet , beef fat , bison , sauces etc etc
