I have had a really bad experience with this company… we did a wire transfer for over $5000.00 for their leadX products on 08/17 after the money was transfer, we accommodated our schedule waiting for the delivery of the materials, they were full excuses for reason why it didn’t arrive on time, from mistakes when mixing the product to issues with their suppliers and issues with transportation, regardless we waiting and gave them many chances hoping to use their materials but every time I contacted them for an update, they always had a new excuse for not delivering the materials, after waiting for over a month they didn’t deliver the materials and we had to move on with a different company, on 09/21/21, I requested a refund for the wire transfer I made and as of today 11/16/21 they still giving excuses for not refunding the money, we didn’t get to try the quality of their products but their costumer service doesn’t care at all for their clients and for that simple reason I doubt their products are good quality. Also their warranty only covers for 5 years on exterior lead problems for the price I honestly don’t believe it’s worth it, ProLeadDefender is less than 50% on price and did a magnificent job. I totally recommend this product instead. So I guess this company changed their name from Synavax to Syneffex- their old name has really bad reviews on the BBB page. Be careful

I cannot believe the audacity of Stuart Burchill. Did he really just rename Synavax to Syneffex and think nobody would notice LOL. This company and the owner are 10000% a scam. Please do a quick google search of what he was last calling his company "Synavax". Basically you send them money and they never send you product. I paid for an order of over $3000 and had to hire an investigator and get my lawyer involved to get my money back after 6 months of never receiving product. I was only able to get Stuart Burchill's real name when the operator slipped for who he worked for. They do not have a direct phone line but connect through a third part operator in another country. Once they have taken your money good luck getting them to answer back to your voicemails or emails. This business address listed is also a virtual co op in Colorado, not where this scam company is even located. We had received a sample of the product before sending 3k and the product itself is really good. Burchill could run a legitimate business if he wanted to, but it seems like his greed has made him turn a blind eye to doing what it right.
Just don't waste your time.

This company is a rip off. I ordered product that never shipped. I then requested a refund and got apologizes and we appreciate your understanding for 8 months and never returned my $500.00. Very unethical and a disappointment. I was lucky enough to get an order before so I ordered again to my disappointment. Now I see several bad reviews. If I was closer I would go there and act like a disgruntled postal worker and see how they like that.

BEWARE, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They changed their name from Synavax to try to misdirect from plethora of bad reviews and BBB complaints. All of the positive reviews seem pretty obviously fake. Working on a dispute to try to recover hundreds of dollars they have charged me.

Ordered Syneffex coatings for an apartment construction project. All products were shipped quickly and arrived without defect. Insulative coatings reduced electrical and gas costs in the project substantially. I plan on more and larger orders for upcoming projects.
