Great place. Very good help from staff. Sincerity and genuine courtesy. Two things hard to find at the other home improvement , big box stores. Professional all the the way around. The electrical and plumbing dept employees knew their stuff and helped me greatly. The Excellent customer service will keep Me coming back.

I love this store. It’s the perfect size to be able to come in and easily find what I’m looking for, and if I can’t, the staff is always willing to help! I get my mums from them every year and all my summer plants and flowers! Prices are great and love their selection!

Drove 30 miles to pickup items the website says is in stock. Get there and they have zero. Was told they don't even stock these items. Then employee says, well you know the Internet.
Pretty poor customer service!

It's alright selection wise but man the lady at the front desk don't know anything and won't go look if you call. I called and asked to speak with a manager just for the sake of having someone knowledgable about their product, and she said I dunno where they are but I can take a message. I called two weeks ago and asked something and she said, well it's 20 minutes before we close and it's all the way across the store. I just hung up. If you need something just go and ask someone in there but don't expect to call while she is working and get any assistance. But give it 3 stars cause they do have a decent selection of stuff, just gotta drive an hour to see if they have it cause can't call and website don't work.
