Staff is pleasant, honestly and upfront. We felt comfortable, and the first question was how may we help you & not what's your credit rating or are you financing. They showed us what we drove almost hours one way for and then left us feeling as though they want the sales but at our pace.

Awesome buying experience. It would be easy to say Charlie and Derek are super Stars. But truthfully it was the whole team. Sales, finance, and service. Special shout out to Matt in service who dropped everything in an already hectic schedule to install a backup camera. Additionally Matt tought me super valuable cut and follow back up camper. Awesome experience!

Made an offer on a camper and asked for a value on a trade in, Charlie and Dave came up and looked at our trade in and said it was immaculate and the best they had seen for it's age and we can make this work. They called back once and after I clarified my offer Charlie we can still make this work and he would call the following morning. No call, no response to e-mail and no counter offer. Even if you don't want my money and get a camper off your lot you should do as you said and respond! Very rude.

Derek and Charlie were great, helped me get what I needed in a timely matter. Were able to work with me to get in my budget and even stayed after hours to walk me thru the travel trailer. Great experience. The shop was able to get me in on short notice to winterize it as well. All around great customer service.

One of the easiest buying experience I've had! Dave was great! From getting us a deal of a lifetime, to delivering the camper right to our house. Everyone was awesome to work with. Michael in Finance had everything ready and made the process extremely comfortable. He explained everything and oh man I don't see anyone could ever buy a camper without the coverage!
