This is by far the most unprofessional, rip off, and total scam of a company ! First off I have never seen them accomplish anything correctly. I don't quite know what they charge for because they do not manage anything other then charging associations outlandish amounts of money for nothing. Vic is untrained and a scam artist ! They don't actually get anything done. God forbid you actually call and expect to get the services you pay for every month ? You got a nasty response. I've never seen Vic do a walkthrough as he claims he does after a service is performed ? They're totally unprofessional because they actually don't know how to run a business ! They were running their last business out their house ? I bet if the HOAs actually looked hard enough they would see how much money they were skimming and stealing from them. They are a total scam. Absolutely the worst property Management company ! If that's what you could even call them ? How Petty can you be when someone actually writes a factual review and you try to claim they're mad because they didn't pay their dues for a month and a half after they purchased their unit ? Classy ! Quick professional. 🙄

Worst Management Company EVER!!!! There staff is rude, they overcharged for no reason, hangup in the middle of the call or just put you on hold and they love to argue instead of finding the solution. Let alone, they have not provided the financial statements for several months now. If you love to argue and would like to waste your time and money, hire them!

We did some extensive research when we decided to change our existing Condo Management Company and choose Summit Management LLC .  We're really pleased with our decision because they work closely with the board and are very professional when handling our maintenance.  In fact, we recently had our board meeting in May and the unit owners in attendance confirmed they were pleased with our decision. Individual unit owners expressed that they have been pleased with responses from those they've spoken with at Summit Management when they've called regarding any issues or concerns they've had.  They've been happy with their solutions.  Kristine, Alison and Vic have been a pleasure to work with and we would highly recommend Summit Management to other Condo Associations.

Avoid this property management company at all costs. There are much better companies out there. They operate with poor and inefficient business practices. I didn't hear back for weeks when I made contact to establish an account to pay HOA fees. Their payment portal is garbage and charges for e-check fees. The community portal looks like it was built with 1998 tech and doesn't provide many of the services that modern rental/HOA sites offer for easy communications and community interaction. The managing owner offered up that an online portal was only a courtesy. They are purely reactive and not proactive about anything at all. They didn't follow association policy on collections and just seem like a fly-by-night operation. I'll be spending as much effort as is needed to campaign within my community to drop them. The alternatives are so much better and actually take steps to make living in a community better by easing administrative burdens.
