I get great service here and if it is am emergency I am referred to Urgent care if my DR doesn't have an opening within a day or two. I have always gotten good treatment at urgent care as well as with my Dr-Dr Nick. The nurses and receptionists are always friendly and helpful. I am never rushed and they hear what I have to say and listen. The people in the lab dept. are great and always get my lab draw on the first poke. I come from Aberdeen up to Summit and recommend this facility and it's staff to anyone looking for medical help.

I don't understand what happened. I was so happy here for a while. Sure there were some receptionist that didn't care as much as they should about patient privacy, but I felt safe and seen. Now there are a bunch of new people and some of them are downright mean. I had an administrator make a promise to me and then ghost me and switch positions. I had a face to face talk with a patient experience admin just last week about a new receptionist who was cruel to me during a mental health crisis, and yesterday the same woman was beyond awful to my partner when he called on my behalf. I won't be getting the procedures I was scheduled for. I won't be able to access care locally because for whatever reason, they have committed to making it traumatic to be able to make or check in/out for an appointment. What a shame.

Great experience scheduling! New to the area, and needed a new PCP. Switching from UW Medicine. After reading reviews I was unsure if my experience would be good, but was very impressed with Stephanie! She was very patient, kind, engaging and an overall made it a breeze to find and schedule a visit with my new PCP! Will write another review once I've experienced in person visit. Thanks Stephanie, you were excellent!

My first visit was an A+. The facilities were clean, check in process was seamless; easy and fast. I was called back for my appointment immediately and only waited a minute for the doctor.
I was impressed with Dr. Patrick O'Reilly, he was fantastic! He was kind, caring, patient, and best of all he really listened to me and seemed genuinely concerned with my concerns and making sure he was doing what would be best for me....a rare quality in a doctor anymore. He did not seemed rushed and took his time listening to me.
He has restored my faith in doctors.

Summit Pacific Wellness Center is a nightmare of poor organization and even poorer quality of care. The doctors here are angry and rushed to the point where they rarely listen to a thing the patient says and extremely serious errors are made as a result. Try calling to make an appointment and you will probably be on hold for hours just to speak with someone just to make an appointment. Have a serious adverse reaction to a medication? You will never be able to talk to your doctor without having an appointment and seeing them in person. Medical assistants never get your messages let alone return them and the people answering the phones make so many errors relaying messages that what the doctor gets looks nothing like the actual message you left. Summit Pacific nearly killed my son and husband in two separate incidences because of their screwed up messaging and complete lack of concern when they screwed up. The clean, new buildings hide the pathologically dysfunctional nature of the entire organization. Summit Pacific Wellness Center is the absolute worst medical facility I have ever encountered. The people they hire from receptionists to doctors are the rejects who can't get jobs anywhere else and so get relegated to Grays Harbor so they can pay off their student loans. No thanks, we will be driving to Olympia for real healthcare by decent doctors who actually care enough to listen to what patients are telling them.

I have been trying for weeks to get someone at SPMC to call me back. I call, wait on hold forever, given conflicting info, and then told someone will call me back, but no one ever does. As a result, the situation has become urgent, but I can't reach anyone for help and will probably end up in ER and filing complaints with the State for extremely unsafe practices & negligence. If you go to SPMC, good luck actually getting any info outside of an actual in-person office visit which takes many months to get and those promised referrals will never come through. SPMC has the absolute worst communications of any medical provider I have ever experienced, they are a medical malpractice lawsuit just waiting to happen. Seriously SPMC, why do you treat your patients with such absolute negligence and complete lack of caring?

In response to the below from SPMC, I have been trying to reach your patient experience specialists, have left them many messages, and their responses have had almost nothing to do with what I contacted them about. It's like they're just trying to spit out the fastest possible response so they can close the case. In fact, most of the time, they never respond at all. I am now contacting medical malpractice lawyers. SPMC used to be great, but they're worse than seeing no doctor at all now. BTW, I tried scheduling an appointment yesterday and even though I specified another resident wouldn't work, they still scheduled me with another resident! I now have to spend hours on hold tomorrow to change it. What the heck is wrong with this place, they never listen to people and it's one massive, scary screw-up after another with them. It has been one nightmare after another with them, they totally don't care. PLEASE STOP TELLING EVERYONE TO CONTACT PATIENT EXPERIENCE WHEN NO ONE THERE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE OR RESPONDS TO URGENT MESSAGES!!!

Had one of the best doctor visits I've had in years, satisfied in every way possible. I highly recommend Dr. Taylor, so glad I found her! She both listened to me and explained everything exceptionally well, is super kind, caring and compassionate and clearly very knowledgeable and good at her job. She is helping me to feel more hopeful about my health again.
