The front drive train seal went out on my transit the day before Christmas and we were planning to leave 3 days later to drive half way across the country to get home. Jaxon and Ximena really helped me out and were able to get me fixed up the day after Christmas so we were only without a vehicle for one day and our vacation was not hindered too bad. I purchased a Jeep Wrangler from Summit Ford this past February and also got an extended warranty for it through Ford. After some time, the Jeep started having some issues, so I took it to the service department. The service I received exceeded my expectations, especially from Nate, who was in constant communication with me and helped me throughout the entire process.
