Thanks to the wonderful crew working at the Dillon Summit Fire & EMS Station on March 1 around 4pm. I brought my husband in with chest pains after skiing down at Keystone. They were quick to help him and sent us to Frisco ER where they took him in an ambulance down to St. Anthony's Hospital in Lakewood. He got a stent the next day for his 80% blocked LAD. We feel this crew saved his life! He is back home recovering with no permanent heart damage! Cannot thank you enough!

I called just after 9am because my alarms were going off for no apparent reason. She said she would get someone out a soon as possible and marked it urgent. It is now almost 1:30pm and still no one has shown. I'm sitting in the office as the alarm continues to beep. If they consider a call still not answered after 4+ hours urgent I would be curious what a regular call would be. I am so frustrated and not satisfied with this new company. I miss Gold Coast Fire & Rescue. They would have been out here within 30 minutes on a urgent call. I never got notified of Summit Fire and Rescue taking over Gold Coast. It was a surprise one day when Summit showed up to do their annual maintenance. I saw a different name on the truck and had to ask what was going on. They acted as nothing was wrong and not to be alarmed. So far they have not been to my satisfactory!! GOOD LUCK!!
