Came up from Bailey to see the ice castles ... WOW! we showed up WITHOUT tickets and treated like 2nd class citizens ...

We stood in the line for visitors without tickets and passed over several times to get visitors in that had pre purchased tickets.

We asked why ... we were told very rudely by a worker “that’s just the way it is”. We spoke to a manager and he basically told us too bad and that he didn’t want us there anyway.

So a big thank you to the staff ... they saved USA ton of money that we were able to spend outside of summit county.
