We were having our kitchen remodeled, and came here looking at flooring. Great customer service! Never pushy, gave great suggestions, and totally supported out final decisions with no pressure. We had several samples checked out, never once did they call pressuring us for a decision, or the quick return of the samples.
Install went without a hitch. Installers were amazing! Very neat. Cleaned everything behind them. One day, and done. We can not say enough positive things about this company!

If there's something weird on your floors, and it don't look good...who you gonna call? Sullivan & Son!

My husband and I are believers in supporting local small businesses, and rely on friends, word of mouth, and online reviews. After doing some research, I reached out to several flooring specialists to get quotes for our 40-year old hardwood floors to be sanded and refinished.

When I tell you that Sullivan & Son runs their business like a team sport, it was fun to witness it. Kristen Sullivan was quicker than the competitors to greet me online and tell me that she would get me a quote the next day.

In this team, Brendan Breen was definitely their star quarterback because he managed the job excellently from beginning to end. He took over where Kristen handed off and called me to talk about floor options. The price quoted was on the mid to high tier, but what stood out was the communication, responsiveness, and quick turnaround time.

Right from the start, Brendan was so personable and did not try to sell us. He was very accommodating to our super busy schedules and personally met us at our home after work to give us an estimate. From then on, he kept in touch with us via text, email and phone (rare in the home contracting world). Brendan assembled a duo very quickly and made sure we were 100% happy throughout the process. At one point during the flooring and stair finishing experience, there was a slight mismatch in the work and our expectations. Instead of being defensive, he personally came out on a Sunday to meet us. Brendan not only talked to us, but also the flooring specialists, as well as their effective team leader, Brad Sullivan. He went above and beyond to show us he cared about how we all felt.

Restoring ugly, old hardwood to its former glory is no easy feat and we are thankful of the skilled flooring specialists. Amazing teamwork and kudos to Sullivan & Son! We are so happy with the beautiful floors and stairs.

Yesterday Sullivan & Son Carpet Inc installed new carpeting on our whole second floor which included 2 rooms, a hallway and stairway with landings. Initially we worked with Kristen Sullivan who was terrific and made sure that we picked out the perfect carpeting for our home. Rafael and Enrique did the installation and worked hard to produce a fantastic result. Before they left our home, they even made sure that we were happy with all that they had accomplished. Needless to say, we were thrilled with the beautiful results. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any flooring job that needs to be done. Sullivan & Son Carpet takes great pride in their work and makes sure their customers are more than satisfied. We certainly will be for many years to come.

I am pleased to offer the highest praise for Sullivan and Son Carpeting. They were professional and helpful in every way. The product we chose is beautiful; and Kristen really thought carefully about all the details, making useful suggestions along the way. The installation team was friendly, highly skilled and they cleaned up completely. It is disruptive to have carpet installed, but I would highly recommend this firm, as they made the process as easy as possible.
