Asked for a medium grey suit, was only shown light grey options. Realized right after the fitting that they do in fact have medium gray options, and contacted the store to try and change the order, was ignored for weeks and then told the order was ready. Went in the pick up the suit and not given the opportunity to talk with anyone or try it on. For how expensive it was I would have hoped the service was better.

Great service experience!
From the moment we walked in, we were nicely greeted by Francis. He sent us upstairs to be seen by Ahmed, who took excellent care of us. My bf found the perfect suit for the occasion. Order will be here in 3 days. They ask for 7 days for alterations.
