We've used Suburban twice now to pump our septic tank. We got the same tech both times and he's great! He's friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to tell me quite a bit about our tank and how to best manage it as a much older system. I really appreciate him taking the time to review things with me.

I called Suburban early Saturday AM. The response back was quick and I received a call from Juan, the technician on call, from the Canton division. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He was more than willing to come out later in the afternoon after the 3 calls before me. I would have used this company without hesitation but fortunately I was able to get a more local company (closer to East Haddam) to come sooner. When I called Juan back to let him know I was going with the other company because of time, he was very nice and graciously offered for me to contact him again if the job wasn't able to be completed by the alternative company!

I thought I left a review here... it was in January, we asked a quote for a septic inspection to SSS. I don't know about another branch (there's one in Canton) but Jeff came from East Hampton to Cheshire, the house we were gonna purchase. He came 20 mintues before we arrived, already in the middle of inspection. He couldn't proceed because there was a huge issue with the septic which he pointed it out and explained the detail. Then he didn't charge us the full amount because the inspection couldn't performed... I mean we ended up losing 1,000 bucks for the house but it would've been a lot worse if it was someone else and didn't do well and we bought the house. My wife and I really appreciated his service and honesty, and now I am about to contact SSS for our new house's septic cleaning. I was hesitating it may be too far but I'd rather have a business with SSS instead of anywhere else.

I do not recommend suburban sanitation at all after being a customer of them for a couple years I recently had my septic tank backup due to them placing the filter in correctly which cause a filter to get clogged. I had to have emergency septic company come as all the waste was coming up to my yard. The company did knowledge that the reason for the clog was due to the filter being installed back incorrectly. When I called surburban to notify them of the mistake their employee made they did not want to take any responsibility for it. This company is only loyal to take your money. I would recommend other to search for another company before this happens to you or they ruin your septic.
