Bought my E170 mower from Glenn at Stotz. Glenn was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He accommodated us when we needed to delay the purchase and made sure we had exactly what we wanted. Glenn even delivered it himself out to Bisbee, AZ. He did a full walk through with us and showed us all the important stuff. Glenn gladly answered any questions we had. Honestly, he made my dream come true of owning a John Deere mower. Stotz also has great maintenance options for us. I won’t go any place else from now on. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

I wish I'd actually purchased my John Deere mower here. I didn't get a better price at the local lumber place and it was shipped to Stotz for assembly. Stotz carrys all my maintenance parts and has the resources to service it if needed. As a top-notch dealer, they deserve my John Deere business.

The parts guys are total jerks. I guess I hurt their sensitive feeling trying to get a part for my lawn tractor. Any how I ordered on the 19 payed next day it didn't receive my part to the 23. Noticed on the invoice it wasn't sent until the 22. I hope you feel big and powerful George Thomas RULING behind your parts counter. Oh I forgot to mention they didn't want to waste theit time with a lawn tractor and kept telling me they were busy and to call back. Never again will I waste my money here! Looks like someone else has complained about customer service too! I wonder if the manager will address the situation. Me I'd fire the arrogant SOB'S
