We had an amazing stay in Snowmass, but what truly set our experience apart was the incredible service from Paul at the front desk. He went above and beyond in so many ways—from remembering our names and car days later, to helping us when our car was snowed in by bringing out hot water and shovels. His genuine kindness and attention to detail was exceptional and made a hard situation so much easier.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Close to everything and we were able to walk to the slopes (very short walk) and to Snowmass Mall and the Village Base area. Our room was not very clean and kind of gross honestly. We found used contact lenses all over the place - carpets, bathroom, counters and none of us wear contacts. If the room had been thoroughly cleaned there's no way we would have found so many. One or two I understand, but they were all over. Table in the room was very sticky all over upon arrival. We had 2 "cleanings" while we were there that were not great either. We were still finding things that were from previous guests the day we checked out after 6 nights there. Staff was ok - some friendly, not many very with very good customer service. We really loved Snowmass but would probably find somewhere else to stay next time.

Overall the room was clean. The bed was really comfortable as well as the pillows. Microwave in the room would have been nice. Vending machine is overly priced. But all in all would recommend to friends and family but just make sure to take quite a bit of money!

Easy walking distance to ski slope. Our ski club booked this location and were handled well for group of 40 skiers. Bar and restaurant on site, a bit pricey. Easy access on local bus to resort and other Aspen ski areas. Car parking was additional fee per night.

Excellent location (ski in/ski out), friendly and helpful front desk, rooms are clean.

Newly renovated main floor/lobby/restaurant makes the main area welcoming and gives a ski chalet-feel.

Lockers don't have proper skis which encourages everyone to bring their skis to their room unfortunately.

In addition, they could not control the heat on bedroom floors. We had to sleep with the windows wide open. It made for a very noisy room in the evenings and into the night, disturbing sleep.

We’ve always enjoyed their bar and restaurant but they have totally upped their game this season (24-25) by collaborating with Heather’s of Basalt. Same scrumptious menu and great management and staff. Especially Katie behind the bar and Casey, the GM. Great happy hour too!

Inn location was great...room was very nice...hot tub rocks! Staff was friendly and helpful. We booked a total stay-and-snowboard package through snowmass.com which saved us some money and time (the reps are very knowledgable). Would recommend...

We unknowingly arrived in the middle of the reconstruction of the lobby and restaurant. Although the Inn has the potential to be a nice resort, it was a nightmare for us. No restaurant, no lobby, and constant construction noise. The staff was as accomodating as possible. Our room had not beeing used in many months, and required trips from engineering to fix the faucet in the shower, properly reconnect the TV, and fix the thermostat. We asked for a microwave or at least access to a mocrowave, as there was no open restaurant, and were simply told no. The pool and spa area are lovely. We will try somewhere else in Snowmass before returning here.
