Let me first start by saying that they did an excellent job from start to finish. Sadly, like so many people I too read the reviews before my countertops were installed and got nervous. Please don’t make that mistake!!!! From scheduling for measurements to installing the countertops Stone Dynamics was completely professional. The installers were so meticulous when installing. They answered any question I had. I was beyond impressed with the quality of their work! Thank you Stone Dynamics for the for helping my kitchen makeover turn out so beautiful!

There are other companies that will provide much better customer service. I paid $7k for granite tops and was told we had a lifetime warranty. After several years I am seeing and feeling the top shiny coat wearing off and little rough holes throughout the granite. I’m worried water will sit in these holes and degrade the granite. I’m very particular and take special care of my countertops. They are cleaned with dish soap and water after each use and dried. I have never put anything else on them, per warranty instructions. After informing them of my concerns and requesting repair; I was told my countertops were fine and probably look the same as when they were installed. If I want them to come and inspect my countertops I will have to pay $125 fee. I explained that the holes are very easy to feel but hard to see in photos because of the light and glare. I’m so disappointed on so many levels. We will not be using their services on our bathroom reno’s. We installed a large island at another home 4 years ago and purchased granite elsewhere receiving amazing customer service. I’m sorry I didn’t go with the other company with my kitchen.

I purchased granite for my kitchen and utility room. Charles from the sales team was great. Gracious and helpful. The man who did the measuring and whose name I cannot remember was also great. He was a great representative for the company and did a super job and left us glad we had used this company. We had two separate teams to install. Both were professional and did a super job. I would recommend anyone in the market for granite or stone visit Stone Dynamics. They are great.

Based on previous reviews I was hesitant but went to the showroom. I am so glad I did!!! I am not sure what might have changed but from the moment I walked in until my install, the employees in every department treated me as if I was their only customer. I changed my mind on the stone I originally selected just before they cut it and was able to get what ended up being perfect. The sales floor staff are knowledgeable and really want to help you select something that fits your needs. If you have questions, all employees are ready and willing to address your concerns. The installation crew led by Jose was so very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They arrived on time, took the time to make everything right and left things spotless. I would highly recommend Stone Dynamics for your future needs. I think sometimes customers don't stay on top of their own project so remember to be a "partner" with folks who have many other customers. Thank you thank you for making this part of my kitchen renovation so great!! Julie

We were never given any pics for a slab approval prior to fabrication and delivery. When the stone arrived for install I was not happy about the long rust colored vein which can be found nowhere on samples or pics from a "big box"store that deals with stone dynamics. I contacted stone dynamics when stone arrived about the long mismatched rust vein. I was told "it's a very beautiful piece"and to contact the business I paid. Ray Charles himself, would disagree with it being a beautiful piece. I understand that each piece of granite is unique and different from each other with variance in patterns and colors. The big rust vein is far from a variation. Long story short, Stone Dynamics and the "big box store" recieved their money and that is all that matters.

Slow to deliver and impossible to schedule anything with.
Wasted months to get install date.
Difficult to reach by phone and when finally you get through to someone they do not follow simple and clear directions and instructions.
Worst customer service from office staff I have ever experienced in 40 years as an architect and contractor- and that is no achievement to be proud of.
Absolutely incompetent and rude unprofessional office staff with zero ability or accountability to customers.
As multiple reviewers have stated it is difficult to understand how they remain in business tormenting their customers with such poor quality service year after year.
Would give negative 10 stars if possible.
Refuse to post photos because I truly don’t believe they deserve any credit whatsoever.
Please please please go elsewhere for your countertop services.

First off, we just had Stone Dymnamics fabricate and install three slabs of granite in our new kitchen. Even though we purchased the slabs elsewhere, SD took them in and stored them for many months while our kitchen was built. The installation was seamless, the Hispanic workers were highly skilled, obviously well trained, polite, and meticulous. This was not any easy kitchen by any means, and Stone Dymnamics performed flawlessly, in my opinion. Oh... and my wife is thrilled!!! Special thanks to Lauren for all of her help.
