Beautiful media center, solid, exactly as rendered on the computer drawing. Delayed with production backup a week after projected delivery day, but made more than right by them volunteering to deliver convenient to our schedule, outside of standard weekday delivery day, on a Saturday, and on Labor Day weekend. Not our first time buying StoneCreek. If I need other furniture made to high standards, they will come to mind.

We had a great experience working with Stonecreek furniture. They did our floating vanities and a full height linen cabinet in three of our bathrooms. It’s a family owned business and they are very proud of their work and it shows in the quality of product they deliver. Lorri was a good designer and gave us what we wanted. Ron the owner and his sons Ryan and Justin were very courteous, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was a bit hard to get hold of people as the only number I had was the business phone number but Teresa would respond quickly if I needed to get hold of someone. The countertop fabricator Armando was also great to work with. Overall we had an excellent experience and will be definitely working with them again for our media center wall.

Stone Creek Furniture built and installed custom furniture for our office, living room and dining room a few years ago, and we have been very happy. Kristina helped us tremendously with each project, from design to completion. We recently had the pleasure of working with her again to design and build a custom dining room table, and we couldn't be happier with the results. She took the time to understand the look that we wanted, and gave us helpful suggestions for seating as many people as possible in a limited amount of space. She even worked with the build team to formulate the perfect color. The craftsmanship is outstanding, with every detail exactly as we discussed. The table is not only beautiful but also sturdy and functional, perfectly suited to our space and needs. So happy with my new entertainment wall unit. I know there have been labor/supply chain issues during the pandemic but I think a little patience goes a long way. I visited the showroom back in beginnig of July when they had some specials and got to work with Lorri, one of their design engineers who has been thorough and very helpful throughout the entire process for my 2 orders. Yes, there have been delays but that's not the company's fault. I was told there would be a long delay when I sat down to start the process but the install date did get pushed out a few more times. On Friday 12/10 I had my install and cannot emphasize how impressed and pleased I am with the workmanship and quality of product. They were thorough, came on time within the window scheduled, and cleaned up afterwards. The crew was professional and I am anxiously awaiting the install of my next order in a few weeks and will post another review.

Had 2nd install for custom desk and media wall. It was excellent. Crew arrived on time, no issues and I am a VERY happy repeat customer. Quality of finish and workmanship is outstanding. Thank you Stone Creek Furniture for helping with my den/office remodel!

My experience with Stone Creek Furniture was terrible. The communication from the sales team to the delivery team to the customer service team is non-existent. They would never call me back. The only person who is responsive is Tammy who does the billing and payments. She calls you back immediately because she wants your credit card information.

Plan on spending months in your project with them, as they delay, delay, delay. And, on installation day, they installed cabinets with the wrong door pulls and cabinet door fronts with different stain colors. When we asked about it, they said they knew it was wrong but installed anyway.

Now that the cabinets are in and fully paid for...we did a full kitchen and bathroom remodel, we can't get them to respond at all. I called to ask them to come adjust some of the drawers that aren't closing and they said it could be up to four weeks before anyone could call me back with a date that they could come out. I have heard nothing from them.

The entire staff blames everything on "the owner". When I told my salesperson that I felt sorry for her because "the owner" wouldn't respond to her; she said she's retiring soon and just doing her time. No one at Stone Creek Furniture cares about their clients or their client's experience.

Edit to respond to the owner: Check your records with your sales person Lorri F. We began our project in October 2023 and completed in April 2024. It's interesting that I have called and left multiple messages for someone to please come adjust my cabinets and handles that have fallen off, only to be told that I might get a call back in four weeks, and I write a simple review and you, "the owner", respond immediately. Your staff blames all lack of communication on you. They are always saying, let me talk to "the owner". Let me see what "the owner" wants to do. Please "the owner" try responding to your clients. This was the most frustrating business interaction I have ever had. Check your records again for a Rene B. You will find me.
