I've worked with STM in multiple different capacities over the years and I cannot express just how happy I am with them as a company. The customer service is incredible and the products always come out looking amazing. Stan is a blast to work with. If you're looking for a place to get some embroidery done, even if you aren't in the CT area, I cannot recommend this team more!

Very easy to deal with.  I wanted to surprise my husband with a custom jacket and monogram a few towels for a shower gift.  I had a rough idea for a crest.  Stan helped me design it.  Came out awesome.  My hubby loves it.  And on time!  (Towels were kind of last minute.)

Considering it's custom, the price was reasonable.  A lot of places don't want to deal with small orders or charge you an arm and a leg.  These folks were very nice about it and helped me in a pinch.  Thanks!  I'll be back with more!

Stan has great quality and consistency in his shirts. Personally, I own nine shirts with my school's logo embroidered on them. I wear them quite often, and their quality is unparalleled compared to my other clothes. Stan is quick to respond to emails, and is very intent upon producing the desired product.
